CMII
The Path To Integrated Process Excellence |
|
The business process improvements now known as CMII were driven by ongoing quality, schedule and cost problems identified during the 1970's.
The underlying causes identified were:
- Requirements that were not Clear, Concise and Valid
- Inaccurate Data and Records
- Slow and Cumbersome Change Management Processes
- Companies operating in Corrective Action Mode, where 40 – 60% of resources were being spent on intervention
|
“Change Faster and Document Better” |
|
CMII is a revolutionary business model, which paves the way for continuous process improvement enabling companies to “change faster and document better”. CMII provides the methodology to accommodate change while 1) keeping requirements clear concise and valid, and 2) keeping records and data accurate. |
|
CMII business methodology has been adopted in organizations such as NASA, Boeing, US Air force, US Navy, NATO, A T & T, Dell Computer, Delphi Automotive, Hutchinson Technology, Pratt & Whitney, US Postal Service and many others. |
