CMII Certification Course Internationally Recognised CMII Certification           Certification is awarded after successfully completing all six 2-day courses   UNIT 1 Course I The CMII Model  ABSTRACT Course II Structuring and Managing Requirements   UNIT 2 Course III Key Elements of the CMII Change Process ABSTRACT Course IV The CMII Change Process   UNIT 3 Course V Business Case for CMII ABSTRACT Course VI CMII Implementation and Application   Course Duration:     2 days per course (x 6 courses)                                                               Courses are offered in 3 x 4-day Units                                (2 courses completed in each Unit)   Examination:          There is a 25 question multiple choice exam at the end of each course   Pass Mark:              The required pass mark is 70% for each exam   Course Certificate:  A Certificate is issued at the successful completion of each course   CMII Certification:   Is awarded at the successful completion of all 6 courses Courses must be completed in sequence
